Custom Products

Our calendered PVC films offer a wide range of capabilities. Choose from general-purpose films for industrial and commercial uses, or special grades of films for uses such as backlit awnings. Gauges range from .003" to .020" to fit most every need.

Technical expertise provides the flexibility that is needed for applications as diverse as industrial covers and tents and awnings.

These technical capabilities include: low fogging, monomeric and polymeric compounds, non-cadmium and non-heavy metal-containing formulations.

Special UV inhibiting formulations were developed to resist weathering and fading in general purpose outdoor applications. Anti-bacterial additives resist mildew and discoloration, while low temperature resistance keeps films from cracking. Formulations are available to meet most FR requirements including California Fire Marshal specifications.

Custom Colors

With our custom color-matching capabilities, possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Choose from tints, frosty clears and opaques. Then choose a surface finish to make your product stand out: polished/matte, high gloss, or a variety of embossings.
